The password is case sensitive, so double check that you've entered the right password. Also, make sure there are no spaces before your email. Try again and if you still have issues follow the instructions below to reset your password.
How to reset your password:
1. Click "forgot your password".
2. Check to see that there are no errors and then click submit.
3. Wait for a "password reset" email from "FlatAbsFitness". If you don't see it in 15 minutes, check your spam/junk or "promotions" folder.
4. In the email you will see a new password. Copy that password and go back to the app to login.
5. To change your password click the gear icon in the top right and then under "password" click "modify".
6. Then enter the old password, double confirm your new password, and click "confirm".
