We certainly don't condone the use of alcohol but we do not recommend it. Alcoholic drinks are very calorie dense and contain quite a bit of sugar. Alcohol in general does not help your body or your health in any way, shape, or form. Red wine in moderation (1-2 glasses max) has healthy benefits so that would be the best option.
