The idea of a meal plan is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to make healthy lifestyle changes when it comes to food. Meal plans are just a guideline. If you are a picky eater, then make modifications but make healthy ones. For instance, if a meal plan calls for carrots and you don't like carrots, then substitute with another type of vegetable. If you don't eat red meat then eat fish or another type of lean protein. Not all meal plans are going to suit every individual, but the key is to take the knowledge the meal plan provides and use it to make healthy choices when it comes to food.
