The Flat Abs Fitness program is updated on a regular basis. The meal plan is updated every two weeks. The next two weeks of meal planning will always be posted on Friday morning. This will give you enough time to shop and plan for the next week of meals. Workout plans in the "Weekly Workouts" section follow a similar schedule.
