The best thing to eat before bed would be a light protein snack. A Greek yogurt with berries, no-bake energy bites, or a protein shake. See recipe book for more ideas. This will not hinder your progress. It's more important to focus on what you eat at night, rather than what time you eat.
I eat the recipes listed in the weekly meals, however, I still find myself hungry at night. What are good snack recommendations to eat to curve late night cravings?
