We suggest prepping on a 4/3 day schedule. For example, you can prep for meals on Sunday and then prep again on Thursday, and repeat. This will help keep the meals fresh and tasty. If that is too much, you can always just plan it out once a week. Failing to prep is prepping to fail. You can do it!
