You can be successful in reaching your goals by only doing the HIIT workouts 4-5 days a week. However, they are designed for 6 days in a row and then a rest day. Success really depends on consistency and intensity level. Nutrition is also extremely important, so following the meal plan in addition to the HIIT workouts will help you to achieve your goals quicker!
