The best way to get access to the program day to day is to BOOKMARK your personal access link that was sent to you in your "welcome" email. (This is sent within the first 15 minutes of signing up for Flat Abs Fitness). This will make it so all you need to do is go to your browser bookmarks to access. That will be much easier than going back to the email with your private access link.
iPhone Bookmarking Instructions:
1. Open your access link and tap the "Share" button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click "Add Bookmark"
3. You will now be in the bookmarks menu. From here you can select which bookmarks folder you want to save your "Flat Abs Fitness" membership area into. Once your done, click "Save" in the top right.
4. When you want to access your membership area at any time all you need to do is click the "bookmark" icon at the bottom. From here locate the "Flat Abs Fitness" bookmark.
